I have a lifelong interest in storytelling in its various forms and have written two books. Will Little Roo Ever…? is a children’s picture book about a little girl striving to overcome developmental delays. Inside the Mind of an Iron Icon is an instructional strength training book.
I also contribute a monthly column to HARDGAINER 2.0, blog about grief coping and other topics that interest me, and write human interest essays for Elephant Journal, Elitefts, Little Old Lady Comedy, Medium, Thought Catalog, and others.
